TEAM WORK

This course focuses on creating work interactions in team and highlights the differences between a ‘team’ and a ‘group’ of employees. It includes discussion on participants’ preferred roles and practice in alternative roles. The course also reviews the qualities necessary for a team leader and ways to achieve optimal work results, including the development of creativity and reduction of conflict.
Participants: A group of individuals intending to work together as a team or employees who may be required to work on a number of different project teams.
Objective: This course will show participants how an effective team is built and what qualities are needed in a team leader.
Duration(16 hours): 2 days, 09:00-18:00

Participants with full attendance will receive a certificate issued by ICLT
