STRESS MANAGEMENT
We are all under stress and pressure of some sort for most of our working day and our home life. The sort of stress we see as a challenge or an opportunity is usually very stimulating and perceived as a good thing. However, when things are building up and there is not enough time to get everything done, the same pressure can become anxiety-making and depressing and can even make you sick. Being able to manage pressure and stress successfully can transform the workplace for many people.
PARTICIPANTS: Anyone interested in the subject.
OBJECTIVE: This course will show participants how to work more effectively in potentially stressful situations and coach them on how to reduce and prevent stress for themselves.
DURATION(8 hours): 1 day, 09:00-18:00 or 2 days 9:00-13:00.
