TEAM BUILDING

It is difficult to work on a project if the team working on it is not really a team but a group of independent members who cannot work together.

PARTICIPANTS: Group of employees intending to work together or already working together on a challenging project.

OBJECTIVE: To increase employees' motivation and efficiency through creation of sense of cooperation and mutual support among group members and to achieve long term company loyalty and develop strong corporate culture.

DURATION(16 hours): 2 days, 09:00-18:00 or 4 days, 9:00-13:00.
